Targeted radiation blast tested to keep aggressive esophageal cancer at bay
NCT ID NCT07152678
Summary
This study is testing if adding a precise, high-dose internal radiation treatment can help control cancer better for people with a specific type of advanced esophageal cancer. Participants have already received standard chemotherapy, external radiation, and an immunotherapy drug. The research aims to see if this extra targeted treatment reduces the chance of the cancer returning in the same area and checks for any new side effects.
