New combo therapy aims to shrink tough lung tumors
NCT ID NCT06623136
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding an experimental drug (ES102) to an approved immunotherapy (toripalimab) can shrink tumors in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has not responded to prior treatment. About 40 adults aged 18-75 will receive the combination and be monitored for tumor response and side effects. The goal is to improve disease control, not to cure the cancer.
