Summary
This study tests a daily pill called erdafitinib in 20 adults whose non-muscle invasive bladder cancer has returned after standard treatments like BCG or chemotherapy. Only people whose tumors have a specific FGFR3 gene change can join. The pill blocks the faulty protein made by that gene, aiming to shrink or eliminate tumors before a planned surgery to remove them. The goal is to see if this targeted approach works for this hard-to-treat cancer.
