Summary
This phase 2 trial tests the drug erdafitinib in 30 adults with a specific type of brain tumor (IDH-wild type glioma) that has come back or is getting worse. The tumor must have a certain gene fusion (FGFR-TACC). Erdafitinib blocks a faulty protein that helps cancer cells grow. The study aims to see if the drug can shrink or slow the tumor.
