Summary

This study looks at whether a single dose of equol, a substance made when digesting soy, can improve blood vessel function in postmenopausal women. It includes 38 women aged 50-69, some with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and some healthy. Researchers will measure blood vessel health before and up to 3 hours after taking equol.
