Summary
This study tests whether letting patients report their symptoms online can help schedule fewer but more needed clinic visits. About 250 adults with chronic skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis will use a monthly online check-in instead of fixed appointments. The goal is to see if this reduces missed visits and improves how clinic time is used.
