Summary
This study is a survey aiming to understand why adults with epilepsy are often less physically active than others. It will enroll 400 participants to explore how factors like fear of seizures, stigma, and personal identity affect exercise habits. The goal is to gather knowledge to help promote safe and beneficial physical activity for people living with epilepsy.
