First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study explores whether combining a driving simulator with an EEG (a brain activity test) can better assess driving ability in people with epilepsy. Researchers will measure attention, reaction time, and driving performance in 40 adults with epilepsy who hold a valid driver's license. The goal is to improve how doctors determine fitness to drive, moving beyond just a medical interview.
