Summary
This study is testing a new support program to help people with epilepsy in Kenya stay on their medication and keep up with their doctor visits. Researchers will compare the new system, which uses task-sharing and electronic tracking, to usual care for 650 participants over 18 months. The goal is to see if this approach improves treatment adherence, reduces seizures, and enhances quality of life.
