Summary
This study will look at 10,000 adults in intensive care units (ICUs) around the world to find out how common infections are and how they are treated. Researchers will collect information from medical records during a single 24-hour period. No new treatments or tests will be given. The goal is to understand infection patterns, antibiotic use, and patient outcomes across different regions.
