Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week mobile intervention can improve cognitive function and motivation in people with early psychosis. Researchers will follow 400 participants already receiving coordinated specialty care for 18 months, comparing those who use the mobile program to those who do not. The goal is to see if this approach can enhance real-world thinking and goal-directed behavior.
