Summary
This early-stage trial tests a custom-made vaccine using a patient's own immune cells, designed to target specific cancer markers (EphA2 and KRAS mutations). The vaccine is given together with two immunotherapy drugs to boost the immune system's attack on tumors. The study includes about 9 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments, and aims to check safety and immune response.
