This study tested whether an online, self-guided program called eParenting CARE is practical and helpful for parents of children aged 8 to 13. The program teaches parents skills to manage their own emotions and support their child's emotional well-being. Researchers enrolled 67 parents in Canada to see if they would complete the program and find it useful. The goal is to create an accessible tool to improve family emotional health.
