Summary

This study tests a new experimental drug called EP0042, alone or with other cancer treatments, in adults with advanced acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or related blood cancers. The main goal is to find a safe dose that might work against the cancer. About 70 people will take part in this early-phase trial.
