Summary

This study is for people with eosinophilic gastrointestinal disease, eosinophilic inflammatory disease, or food allergy, as well as their family members and healthy volunteers. Researchers want to learn how eosinophils (a type of white blood cell) grow, move, and cause inflammation. The goal is to better understand these diseases, not to test a new treatment. Up to 5,000 participants will be enrolled.
