This study tests a new vaccine (EO2463) designed to help the immune system fight indolent non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, a slow-growing blood cancer. About 80 adults with follicular or marginal zone lymphoma will receive the vaccine alone or combined with standard drugs lenalidomide and rituximab. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose.
