Summary
This study aims to understand how different types of environmental stimulation affect brain health and thinking skills in older adults. Researchers are enrolling 72 healthy participants aged 65 and older to measure changes in memory, attention, and brain function. The goal is to gather knowledge about what kinds of activities might support healthy cognitive aging.
