First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study will follow 5,000 couples in China undergoing fertility treatments like IVF. Researchers want to understand how everyday exposures—such as chemicals from plastics or air pollution—and personal habits like diet and stress may affect the chance of having a baby. Participants will answer questionnaires and provide blood and urine samples during their normal treatment. The goal is to identify factors that could improve or harm treatment success, helping future patients and doctors make better decisions.
