Summary
This study tests an experimental oral drug, ENV-294, in 50 adults with moderate-to-severe asthma who already use standard inhalers. Participants take either the drug or a placebo once daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will check safety, drug levels, and whether the pill improves asthma control and lung function.
