Summary
This study tests whether a new oral drug called ENV-294 can safely reduce eczema severity in adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. Sixty participants will take either ENV-294 or a placebo pill daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in skin symptoms and track any side effects.
