First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study looks at how a blood thinner called enoxaparin works in critically ill patients with kidney failure, some of whom are on a blood-filtering machine. Researchers will measure drug levels in 60 ICU adults to see if standard doses are enough. The goal is to find the right dose to prevent dangerous blood clots.
