Writing to heal: new tool aims to boost PTSD treatment

Summary
This study tests whether adding a brief writing task, called AWARE, to standard PTSD therapies (CPT or PE) helps patients and therapists communicate better. About 54 adults with PTSD will take part. The goal is to see if AWARE makes treatment more effective and satisfying.
