First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated Jun 06, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looks at men with prostate cancer that has spread to pelvic lymph nodes only visible on a special PSMA-PET scan. It compares standard hormone therapy plus radiation to a stronger combination that adds abiraterone and prednisone. The goal is to see if the stronger treatment helps more men stay cancer-free for 5 years. About 140 men will take part, and they will be followed for 5 years after treatment ends.
