NCT ID NCT04096430
First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at whether letting children with disabilities (like autism or cerebral palsy) help set their own therapy goals leads to better results. About 96 kids aged 5-12 and their therapists will either use a special child-focused goal-setting method called ENGAGE or continue with usual therapy. Researchers will measure improvements in goal performance, daily function, and quality of life, as well as costs and therapy time.
