Summary

This study aims to see if a procedure called pancreatic endotherapy helps people with painful chronic pancreatitis feel better. Researchers will follow 32 patients for a year to measure changes in their pain levels, daily life quality, and pancreas function after the procedure. The goal is to learn who might benefit most from this treatment.
