New scope technique targets tough sinus tumors

Summary
This study will test whether a special endoscopic (scope-based) surgery can completely remove tumors in difficult areas of the nose and sinuses. About 25 adults with these tumors will take part. Researchers will measure how often the tumor is fully removed, how much blood is lost during surgery, and how patients' quality of life improves afterward.
