Summary
This study is comparing newer, less invasive endoscopic procedures to traditional surgery for treating various gastrointestinal conditions. It will involve 500 adults with conditions like achalasia, severe reflux, or issues after weight-loss surgery. The goal is to see if these scope-based treatments can effectively manage these problems and potentially become a new standard of care.
