Summary
This study is testing a new computer model called ENDORISK that helps doctors predict whether early-stage endometrial cancer has spread to lymph nodes. About 735 patients will use the tool to guide treatment decisions, and researchers will compare results to standard care. The goal is to see if the tool improves accuracy, reduces unnecessary lymph node removal, and helps patients make more informed choices.
