France launches major study to compare two endometriosis treatments

Summary

This study is creating a national registry to track and compare two treatments for abdominal wall endometriosis: surgical removal and a freezing procedure called cryoablation. It will follow 300 patients for three years to see which treatment works better, has fewer complications, and improves quality of life. The goal is to gather real-world evidence to help doctors and patients make better treatment decisions.
