Summary

This study tests a new drug, KLH-2109, to see if it works as well as a standard treatment (leuprorelin) for reducing pelvic pain in people with endometriosis. About 288 premenopausal women aged 18 and older with confirmed endometriosis will take part. The main goal is to measure changes in daily pain scores over 12 weeks.
