Summary

This study aims to understand how a hormone-suppressing medication called Relugolix Combination Therapy affects pelvic pain in women with moderate-to-severe endometriosis. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels, inflammation, and brain activity using MRI scans and blood tests. The goal is to better control endometriosis symptoms and improve quality of life for participants.
