Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called HMI-115 in 540 women with moderate to severe endometriosis pain. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 24 weeks, with a follow-up extension. The goal is to see if the drug reduces pain during periods and pelvic pain between periods.
