Summary
This completed study looked at 2000 women with endometriosis to see if lesions and related tumors appear more often on the right or left side of the pelvis. During surgery, doctors recorded the exact location of each lesion. The goal was to better understand how endometriosis develops, which could lead to improved treatments in the future.
