Summary
Endometriosis is a painful condition where tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus, often causing pain and infertility. Currently, diagnosis requires invasive surgery. This study investigates whether measuring two proteins, SNCG and BCL6, in blood or menstrual fluid can accurately detect endometriosis. Researchers will compare levels of these proteins in women with and without the condition to see if they can serve as a non-invasive diagnostic tool.
