Summary

This study is testing whether adding a new immunotherapy drug (TSR-042) to standard radiation treatment is safe and effective for people with endometrial (uterine) cancer who cannot have surgery. It will involve about 10 participants to first check for side effects. The goal is to see if this combination can better control the cancer by helping the body's immune system fight it.
