Summary
This study tested whether combining two drugs, letrozole and everolimus, could help control advanced or returning endometrial cancer. It involved 42 patients whose cancer had progressed or returned after prior treatments. Researchers monitored if tumors shrank or stopped growing and tracked side effects to see if the combination was safe and effective.
