First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether combining chemotherapy, radiation, and the immunotherapy drug dostarlimab is safe and tolerable for people with stage IIIC node-positive endometrial cancer. About 21 participants will receive chemoradiation followed by chemotherapy plus dostarlimab as maintenance therapy. The goal is to control the cancer, not to cure it, and researchers will closely monitor side effects.
