Summary
This study is testing whether a simple blood test can help doctors and patients decide when it might be safe to stop long-term immunotherapy for advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer. After one year of standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy, patients with a negative blood test result can choose to stop the immunotherapy. The researchers will track whether patients and doctors feel comfortable making this decision and will monitor the patients' health outcomes.
