Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of two immunotherapy drugs can help control advanced endometrial cancer that has returned or spread. The trial will involve 110 women whose cancer has progressed despite previous chemotherapy. Researchers will measure whether tumors shrink and monitor side effects to see if this treatment approach is safe and effective for this patient group.
