Three-Pronged attack on Tough-to-Treat uterine cancer
NCT ID NCT01797523
Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of three existing drugs can help control advanced or returning endometrial (uterine) cancer. The drugs—everolimus, letrozole, and metformin—work in different ways to potentially slow or stop cancer growth. The trial will enroll 62 patients to see if this combination is safe and effective for this specific cancer type.
