Summary

This study looks at two standard radiation treatments for early-stage endometrial cancer to see which one causes less sexual dysfunction. About 258 women who have had surgery for early-stage endometrial cancer will receive either 3 or 6 sessions of vaginal brachytherapy. The main goal is to compare how each treatment affects sexual function one year after treatment.
