Summary

This study looks at two standard radiation treatments for early stage endometrial cancer to see how they affect sexual function. About 258 women who have had surgery for early stage endometrial cancer will receive either 3 or 6 sessions of vaginal brachytherapy. The goal is to find out which treatment plan leads to better sexual health and quality of life after treatment.
