Yoga and pelvic therapy ease endometriosis pain in new study

Summary
This study looked at whether combining yoga with pelvic floor physical therapy could help women with endometriosis feel less pain. 82 women with endometriosis took part in a 3-month program of weekly yoga and two physiotherapy sessions. The results suggest this approach may improve quality of life and reduce pain, including pain during sex.
