This study tests enasidenib, a drug that targets cancer cells with a specific IDH2 mutation, in people with angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL). The drug is given alone or with rituximab. The goal is to see if it safely shrinks tumors. About 25 adults whose lymphoma has returned or not responded to prior treatment will take part.
