Summary

This study compares two ways to remove large, flat colon growths (LST-G type) that can turn into cancer. About 282 adults will be randomly assigned to get either standard snare removal (EMR) or a more precise dissection (ESD). The goal is to see which method better prevents the growth from coming back within a year.
