Summary

This study compares two minimally invasive procedures—EMR and ESD—for removing large, flat colon growths (LST-G) that can turn into cancer. About 282 adults will be randomly assigned to one of the two techniques. The goal is to see which method leads to fewer growths coming back within a year.
