Grandparents' heart health boosted in new study

Summary
This study aims to help grandparents who are raising their grandchildren full-time improve their heart health. Researchers will test a program that teaches healthy eating and physical activity. About 70 grandparents in Oregon will take part, and the study will check if the program is easy to use and if it helps lower heart disease risks.
