Summary
This study tested an 8-week online course designed specifically for Black Americans caring for a family member with dementia. The course aimed to help caregivers feel more confident, reduce their stress and anxiety, and improve their ability to find information and work with doctors. Researchers enrolled 40 caregivers to see if the self-paced lessons made a meaningful difference in their daily lives.
