Summary
This study looks at how patients at MD Anderson Cancer Center perceive their doctor's empathy during the COVID-19 pandemic. It compares in-person visits where doctors wear protective gear (PPE) to video calls where doctors do not wear PPE. About 107 English-speaking adults will share their feelings about the care they received.
