New drug combo aims to ease severe muscle weakness in MG patients

Summary
This study tests whether adding empasiprubart to the standard treatment efgartigimod can further improve symptoms in people with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) who still have muscle weakness. About 70 adults with a specific antibody type (AChR-Ab positive) will receive the combination therapy. The goal is to see if the new drug is safe and helps with daily activities like walking and talking.
