New CIDP drug trial offers hope for nerve damage relief

Summary
This study tests a new drug called empasiprubart for adults with CIDP, a condition that causes nerve damage and weakness. About 160 people will receive either the drug or a placebo for 6 months, then everyone gets the drug for 2 more years. The goal is to see if it improves disability and daily function.
